The owners demanded that the overall design to be both luxurious and minimalistic.

In order to combine the two styles, the designer used marble and wooden floors as the platform materials, light-colored wooden floors were used in the living and dining rooms, and gray marbles were used in the kitchen in order to clearly demarcate different spaces.
